Scuba Diving in Bauan Batangas Ü

Finally one of my wishes came true last Saturday :) i finally to to scuba dive!!! (yippee!!!) everybody who knows me well, know enough that i love being around the water. i love any kind of water sport. be it surfing (in which im goin' to try soon in la union), wake boarding (either in camsur or lagos), scuba diving (did it last Saturday!!), snorkeling etc... Our ER Team came up with this amazing summer offer. INTRO TO DIVING for only P1500. (what a great offer!) of course me and my friends wont let the opportunity pass by (kahit walang pera go lang ng go hahahaha!!).

Around 5:30am me and my friends (leigh, pia n flor, and AJ) went to meet the other people who signed up (there were 2 other people from a different account with their companion) and another fellow IBMer Chey (from Basic Quality Training) who is a certified rescue diver. we arrived in batangas 'round 9:30 am and from Bauan we need to take a boat ride to the resort named Dive and Trek. The place is very serene and cozy. makes you want to stare at the ocean with a relaxed mind. we did not checked in because our package is only for day tour. but it includes a buffet lunch and meryenda. Round 10:15am, our trainer Kuya James and Kuya Rainier asked all us on who's going to go first leigh and me volunteered (medyo excited kc!) they first taught us the things we should know and do under water.

DIVING 101

* Defogging - removing mist from glass like in a car windshield you need to defog the glass so you can have a better vision same in diving. you need to defog the goggles with either a defogger, a toothpaste, or a soap. so you can see if there is a shark ahead of you (hehehe!)

* Equalize - when you go down under water there is always pressure you need to release the pressure on your ear so you wont get deaf. one good example of equalizing is to swallow , this way your jaws are moving to let to the pressure in your ears.

* The most important DON'T FORGET TO BREATH
- guys this is self explanatory!!! while under the water, we saw lots of beautiful marine creature. We saw this giant clam and I saw nemo and his family!! hahahaha!!! but sad thing there are a lot of trash under water. heck there even couple of san mig light cans near the corals!!!! tsk tsk tsk... too bad...

clam and fishes Ü

our trainers are encouraging us to enroll so we can be certified diver but i need a hefty 12 thousand bucks first... for now fun dive nalang muna... wish i could do it again hehehe... its really fun!!!! one of my wish already came to reality hmm... lots more to go on my list hehehe...
